If I have a question about my order how can I contact you? The best way to reach us is to email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will typically get back to you within 24-72 business hours, if not sooner.
How fast will my order ship? We ship in stock orders Monday to Friday except on major US bank holiday's. If your order or part of you order is in stock it will ship within two business days. Please send us an email with your queries.
The item I want is out of stock. What should I do? This will happen from time to time. The best way to know when it will be back in stock is to sign up for a back in stock reminder on popup. You will receive an automatic email when the product is back in stock.
Where do you ship? Currently we ship anywhere in the United States. We can also offer shipping and delivery to Canada, The United Kingdom, and Europe.
What if I need my order ASAP? How can you help me? Please email our customer service and we will be glad to assist. We can arrange an express delivery service provided that the customer is willing to pay any additional costs for express delivery.
How can I check my order status? The best way to track your order is to log into your Legado Lifestyle store account. Also, you will receive emails when your order is placed and once it is shipped. Once your order is shipped you will have the tracking number emailed to you.
What carriers do you use to ship? Typically, we use USPS. Depending on weight your package will either ship First Class or 2/3 Day Priority.
What should I do if I receive damaged cigars? When this happens please email us immediately. We guarantee the quality of our products we sell so we will be happy to arrange for a replacement box of cigars to be sent to you.Please include pictures which show what damage occurred in your email. Kindly refer to our Returns policy for more information.
My order was canceled. What is going on? The best thing to do is email us at email@example.com. Most likely it something which can be easily resolved. Please note we have the right to refuse service to anyone.
